Porsche of Tacoma (service advisor: Jayce) acknowledged the condition but refused warranty coverage, stating the vehicle is one month past the warranty expiration. The condition is present on both headlight assemblies and appears systemic, not isolated to a single unit. I request investigation and corrective action, including inspection and free repair or recall if a safety-related defect is confirmed. Photographs and dealer service notes are available upon request.
